ACE 6840 3-Channel IR Tracking Sensor Module

This Arduino compatible line tracking module has 3 TCRT5000 Infrared Line Tracking sensors with on-board comparator, LED indicators and other signal conditioning components. This module is ideally suited to white/black detection, typically seen in line following robots. 3 channels and a reduced susceptibility to interference makes this module an option for any line following robot. The multiple channels provide a simple method of detecting when the robot is going off course, when either the left or right sensors detect a line and the robot leaving the route.

Module Connections:
1 x 5 Male Header

VCC – Connect to 5V.
GND – Connect to system ground. This ground needs to be in common with the microcontroller.
L – Left Channel Detector. Connect to any digital Input pin on microcontroller.
C – Center Channel Detector. Connect to any digital Input pin on microcontroller.
R– Right Channel Detector. Connect to any digital Input pin on microcontroller.
