Alexan DT2 Digital Trainer 2

Digital Trainer II is a equipped with 7 commonly used modules in digital design.
A general-purpose digital experiment board equipped with different built-in circuits as well as a standard PB-301 breadboard.

Specifications

8 Data Switches – Provides you an easy 8 bit data input manipulation. Values 1 (for High) and 0 (for Low) are embossed behind a slide switch, either of values shows up for a straightforward identification of their states.

8 Data Status Monitor – Comprise of 8 LED Indicators that already contains 330 OHM current limiting resistors inside. You just connect your output to any of the Data Status pins and you’re good to go.

2 BCD 7-Segment Display – The two BCD 7-Segment Display accepts 4-bit data
(binary values from 0 to 9), and shows the decimal value on the bright 7-segment display. It’s really helpful for your timer and counter exercises.

Clock Generator – Outputs a continues clock pulse (ASTABLE MULTIVIBRATOR configuration).  A slide switch is provided for selecting the Frequency Range. LOW frequency range is about 1 Hz to 500 Hz, while the High frequency range is from 100Hz to 35 KHz.  The frequency knob makes it easy to fine tune the signal.

Pulse Generator – Is also known as one shot pulse generator. It generates a 500 msec, positive and negative pulse width on its two outputs.

Experiment Area – Consist of three PB-501 Solderless Breadboard that’s right for your digital circuit. The “+” and “-” pins are already soldered to Vcc and Ground, this minimizes the hassle of the user to connect them one by one.

Logic Probe – A very useful instrument in digital design that determines the Logic State of a pin. LEDs H,P, and L stands for HIGH, PULSE and LOW respectively.
